NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPCS) has declared the UPSC CMS 2023 results online on the official website today, June 2. UPSC CMS result 2023 is available at upsc.gov.in. The names of candidates recommended for Medical Officers Grade in General Duty Medical Officers Sub-cadre of Central Health Service; Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways; General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council; and General Duty Medical Officer Gr-II in East Delhi Municipal Corporation, North Delhi Municipal Corporation and South Delhi Municipal Corporation have been announced.
The list of candidates for the UPSC CMS 2022 has been recommended on the basis of the result of the written examination (part–I) of the Combined Medical Services Examination 2022 held by UPSC on July 17 followed by the personality test (part – II) held in April-May 2023.
While a total of 307 candidates have been recommended for appointment in Category-1 in Medical Officers Grade in General Duty Medical Officers Sub-cadre of Central Health Service, as many as 322 candidates have been recommended for appointment in Category 2, or Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways; General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council; and General Duty Medical Officer Gr-II in East Delhi Municipal Corporation, North Delhi Municipal Corporation and South Delhi Municipal Corporation.

Announcing the CMS 2022 results, UPSC in a statement said: “Appointments to the above said services/posts will be made according to the number of vacancies available and subject to the candidates fulfilling all the prescribed eligibility conditions and all pre-appointment formalities/ verifications, wherever due, being completed satisfactorily.”
“Allotment of candidates to the services/posts shall be made according to ranks obtained and preference of services/posts expressed by them,” it added.
