Download EBookNEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission is all set to conduct the UPSC IAS prelims exam 2022 in offline mode at various exam centres across the country today, June 5. The UPSC IAS 2022 exam will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift of UPSC IAS 2022 exam will begin at 9:30 am and the 2nd shift will start at 2:30 pm. Candidates SHOULD read and adhere to UPSC cse 2022 exam guidelines to avoid any hassle during the prelims exam.

Candidates who are appearing in the prelims exam need to carry the UPSC IAS admit card 2022 along with any one of the valid photo id proofs. They should keep in mind that the exam centre’s gates will be closed sharply at 10 minutes before the commencement of examination. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after the closure of entry.

UPSC CSE 2022: Important instructions

In order to appear for the civil services prelims exam 2022 , candidates must report to the test centre as per the time mentioned on the UPSC CSE admit card 2022.

Entry into the exam centre will be closed sharply as per the schedule mentioned in the UPSC IAS 2022 admit card.

Candidates are needed to produce their UPSC CSE 2022 exam admit card for the verification purpose at the test centre.

A list of seat arrangements including the seat number will be available at the entry of the UPSC IAS exam centre 2022. Also, they have to undergo the frisking process.

Candidates are not permitted to bring any electronic devices in the exam hall.

He/She should not wear any jewelry or any metallic items, etc are prohibited in the exam centre.
