Download EBookNEW DELHI : Shakti Dubey has topped the Union Public Service Commission Civil Services Examination (UPSC CSE) 2024 exam while 1,009 candidates have been recommended for appointment under Indian Administrative Services (IAS), Indian Foreign Services (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), central services group A and B. The commission has declared the UPSC CSE result 2024 and published the list of qualified candidates.

UPSC civil services final result 2024 has been prepared on the basis of the exam held in September last year and the interviews for personality tests conducted in January-April 2025.
UPSC CSE Mains result 2024 was declared on December 9. A total of 14,627 candidates qualified for UPSC IAS exam through preliminary exam.

In line with civil services examination rules 2024, the commission is maintaining a consolidated reserve list of 230 candidates including 115 in general, 35 EWS, 59 OBC, 14 SC, 6 ST, one PwBD.

UPSC informed that the UPSC result has been kept provisional for 241 recommended candidates and withheld for one. “UPSC has a “Facilitation Counter” near Examination Hall in its campus. Candidates can obtain any information / clarification regarding their examinations / recruitments on the working days between 10:00 hours to 17:00 hours in person or over telephone Nos. 23385271 / 23381125 / 23098543. Result will also be available on the U.P.S.C. website i.e. http//www.upsc.gov.in. Marks will be available on the website within 15 days from the date of declaration of result,” it added.
UPSC CSE exam was held to fill a total of 1,129 vacancies in various departments.
