UPSC ESE 2023: Engineering services mains exam today; admit card, timings

UPSC ESE 2023 Mains Exam: The candidates will have to enter the exam hall 30 minutes before the start of the exam. Admit card and a valid photo ID will have to be taken.
NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct the UPSC Engineering Services Examination (ESE) mains today, June 25, 2023. The UPSC Engineering Services (IES) 2023 mains exam will be held in two shifts today. The first shift will start from 9 am to 12 noon and be held for paper 1, while the next will begin at 2 pm for paper 2. Candidates will have to enter the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the start of the UPSC mains ESE exam in both sessions.
UPSC ESE selection process has three stages - prelims, mains and personality test. Candidates who qualify for one stage in the UPSC ESE exam become eligible to take the next stage. Candidates qualifying all the UPSC 2023 examination stages are recruited as IES officers.
In addition to the upsc.gov.in website, candidates taking the UPSC ESE 2023 exam can download their e-admit cards from upsconline.nic.in. Applicants can download the ESE admit card 2023 by using their registration number or roll number. Candidates have been asked to take a valid ID proof along with the admit card of UPSC ESE admit card.
The UPSC ESE 2023 main stage will be held offline as a pen and paper-based test. There are two papers in the UPSC ESE main 2023 stage. Score obtained in the main exam of UPSC ESE will be considered to prepare the final merit list.
