NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is scheduled to hold the UPSC Civil Services Prelims exam 2021 on October 10, 2021. It was earlier to be conducted on June 27, however, due to the second wave of COVID-19 the UPSC prelims 2021 was postponed.
Candidates who have successfully applied for the UPSC IAS 2021 exam will be issued the UPSC IAS e-admit card online at upsc.gov.in to appear for the UPSC CSE prelims exam. Those who have applied for the IAS exam for the first time can check the latest UPSC prelims exam pattern and UPSC IAS 2021 syllabus here.

The UPSC Civil Services selection process has three stages - prelims, mains and interview. On clearing all the stages of the UPSC IAS 2021 exam, candidates will be recruited as Group A and B officers in different services by the UPSC based on their mains and personality test marks.
