Download EBookNEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct the UPSC IAS prelims exam 2021 in offline mode at various exam centres of UPSC IAS 2021 across the country. The UPSC IAS 2021 exam will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift of UPSC IAS 2021 exam will be from 9:30 AM whereas the second shift will start from 2:30 PM. Candidates must bring the UPSC IAS admit card 2021 along with valid photo id proof.

Candidates must keep in mind that the gates will be closed 10 minutes before the commencement of UPSC IAS prelims exam 2021. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after the closure of entry. Students must read and adhere to UPSC IAS 2021 exam instructions to avoid any hassle during the exam.

UPSC IAS 2021: Important points to remember

Candidates are not allowed to take off their face mask during the UPSC IAS exam in the exam hall.

Students must carry a personal hand sanitizer, transparent water bottle and stationary as it won’t be provided by exam centre authorities..

Students must use the safe mode of transportation and reach the exam centre at least 60 minutes before the time mentioned on the UPSC IAS admit card as the gates will be closed at 9:20 AM for shift 1 and 2:20 PM for shift 2.
Note: Carrying any kind of electronic devices, gadgets or extra paper to the examination hall will lead to disqualification and strict action will be taken.
