UPSC IFS 2022 final result declared at upsc.gov.in; 147 candidates recommended

UPSC IFS Result 2022: Candidature of 12 recommended candidates is provisional and 2 has been withheld.
NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the Indian Forest Service (IFS) 2022 final result today, July 1, 2023. Candidates can check and download the UPSC IFS result 2022 and merit list through the official website, upsc.gov.in.
The UPSC conducted the IFS mains examination from November 20 to November 27, 2022. Candidates who cleared the mains examination appeared for final interviews held in June 2023.

A total of 147 candidates have been recommended for appointment under different categories.

The candidature of 12 recommended candidates is provisional and the candidature of two candidates (roll number 6311307 and 7816484) have been withheld.

Marks of the candidates will be made available on the Commission’s website soon.
Aspirants who qualified the Indian Forest Service prelims exam appeared in the UPSC IFS mains examination 2022. The IFS mains exam is descriptive in nature, with a total of 6 papers in mains exam of 1400 marks. Marks of IFS mains exam are considered in preparing the final IFS merit list. The aspirants qualifying the UPSC IFS mains exam were called for the interview.
