UP Board Class 9, 11 Advance Registration 2026-27 deadline extended, fee details

The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (UPBSE) has extended the deadlines for advance registration of students studying in classes 9 and 11 for the academic year 2026-27.

As per the notice, the extension has been granted for receiving registration fees in schools and completing the online registration of institutional candidates of classes 9 and 11 on the official website of UPMSP at upmsp.edu.in.

School heads have been directed to complete the process of uploading advance registration details for classes 9 and 11 according to the revised schedule. The updated dates cover fee collection, online uploading, verification, amendments and submission of the photographic list.

New registration deadline

The last date for school heads to collect the advance registration fee from classes 9 and 11 students and deposit the prescribed amount through challan in the government treasury has been extended to September 10, 2026 up to 12 midnight.

The registration fee is Rs 50 per student. Schools have to deposit Rs 40 per student in lump sum through challan in the government treasury, while the remaining Rs 10 per student is to be retained in the school account. Details of the fee deposited in the treasury and the student's educational information are to be uploaded online on the board's website.

Verification and correction dates

The period for school heads to thoroughly verify the details uploaded online, including the student's name, mother's or father's name, date of birth , gender, subject and photograph, will be from September 11 to September 13, 2206. The verification is to be carried out after receiving the checklist of student details.

No kind of update on the website will be permitted during the verification period. After verification, schools can make amendments or updates to the details between September 14 and September 20, 2206, up to 12 midnight.

Schools get deadline for list submission

During the amendment period, only corrections or amendments to previously uploaded student details will be accepted. The board's statement specifies that new student's details cannot be uploaded or acceo=pted during this period.

The last date for school heads to submit a copy of the photographic list of registered candidates to the office of the district school inspector, for forwarding to the regional offices of the council, is September 30, 2026.

Principals directed to follow revised schedule

The principals of all schools have been directed to ensure that the process of uploading advance registration details of class 9 and 11 students for the 2026-27 academic session is completed according to the newly revised dates.

The revised schedule therefore required schools to complete each stage within the specified deadline, from registration fee collection and online uploading to verification, amendments and submission of the photographic list.
