Uttarakhand NEET UG Counselling 2025: Round 3 seat allotment on hold till further notice

MCC has asked state counselling authorities to filter out candidates under AIQ seats and they should not be offered state seats. Visit hnbumu.ac.in for the seat allotment and revised schedule.
Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University, HNBUMU, has put the Uttarakhand NEET UG counselling 2025 round 3 seat allotment on hold till further notice as per the order issued by the Medical Counselling Committee, Government of India, through notification number U-11011/07/2025/MEC.
Uttarakhand NEET UG counselling notice also makes it compulsory to filter out those candidates who have already joined under the All India Quota (AIQ) seats before the start of round 3 of state NEET UG counselling. MCC clarified that the round 3 result for UG counselling 2025 has been published, and there is no provision for resignation in this round. Also, state authorities were asked to ensure that candidates already allotted seats under AIQ are not offered state seats.
Candidates should keep visiting the university’s official website, hnbumu.ac.in, for regular updates, new schedule and seat allotments. The university confirmed that this temporary suspension is in accordance with instructions at the national level and urged candidates to remain alert for further announcements.
Uttarakhand NEET UG Counselling 2025: Required documents
Once the Uttarakhand NEET UG round 3 seat allotment resumes, candidates will need the following documents:
- Birth certificate or class 10 marksheet
- Class 12 certificate
- Class 12 marksheet
- NEET admit card
- NEET allotment letter
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Disability certificate (if applicable)
- Domicile Certificate (For Uttarakhand domicile candidate only)
- Photo ID proof (Aadhaar card/Passport/PAN card/Driving License)
