VITEEE 2023 registration ends today at viteee.vit.ac.in

NEW DELHI: The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) will close the registration for the VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) 2023 today, March 31, 2023. Candidates will be able to apply for VITEEE 2023 exam on the official website - viteee.vit.ac.in. The VIT entrance exam for admission to engineering programmes will be held from April 17 to 23, 2023.

The exam will be held for a duration of two hours and 30 minutes. VITEEE exam question paper will comprise multiple choice questions (MCQs). Students will be given one mark for the right answers and zero marks for the wrong answers. There will be a total of 125 questions divided into the sections – maths or biology (40 questions), physics (35 questions), chemistry (35 questions), aptitude (10 questions), and English (5 questions).

How to fill VITEEE application form 2023

• Visit the official website of VITEEE 2023 - viteee.vit.ac.in.
• Fill the VITEEE 2023 application form with personal, academic and contact information.
• Pay VITEEE 2023 fee using online methods such as banking/credit, debit card/UPI.
• Upload required documents such as scanned photograph, signature, among others.
• Submit VITEEE 2023 application form and save for future reference.

VITEEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must have successfully finished Class 12 in topics including physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology with at least 60 percent overall grade point average
• Applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) must have passed with a minimum aggregate of 50 percent in physics, chemistry, and mathematics or biology in the qualifying examination
• With original proof of high school, SSC, Class 10 certificate applicants must be born between or after July 1, 2001.
• Applicants of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and the Northeastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura must have a certificate to prove community or nativity at the time of counseling, failing which they will not be considered for admission.
• The applicant must be a resident, Non-Resident Indian (NRI) or PIO or OCI.
• NRI applicants can directly apply under 'NRI Category' through the NRI application form.
