Candidates can view their WB JECA 2026 OMR images and machine-recorded responses online and raise objections by paying Rs 500 per response.
The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has uploaded the Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) images (board's copy) and machine-recorded responses for candidates who appeared in the Joint Entrance for Computer Applications (JECA) 2026 exam. Candidates can log in to the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in to download their WB JECA OMR sheets and responses 2026.
The board has also opened the response review facility. Candidates who are not satisfied with the WB JECA responses can raise objections to them till July 24, 2026, 11.59 pm. To challenge the response, a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 500 per response has to be paid online through net banking, debit card, or credit card. The board will not consider any request for correction or challenge after the challenge last date.
According to the official notice, candidates must submit all claims in a single session. The board clarified that no request will be reviewed if the fee payment is unsuccessful.
The WBJEEB explained how responses are displayed on the portal. For Category-I questions, where only one option is correct, responses are shown as A, B, C, or D. For Category-II questions, where one or more options may be correct, the portal displays the combination of selected options.
Questions left unanswered are marked with a "-", while questions where multiple responses have been marked incorrectly are shown with an "*".
The portal also displays each candidate's question booklet number and WB JECA 2026 OMR sheet number. Candidates who find any discrepancy in these details can report it to the board by emailing info@wbjeeb.in before the deadline.
