NEW DELHI: A day before the West Bengal Madhyamik board exam 2025, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has issued WB Class 10 admit card 2025 to 141 students. Over 9.8 lakh students will be appearing in the exam tomorrow. The board issued the West Bengal Madhyamik admit card 2025 for students whose details were not submitted by schools within the stipulated date.
“Between 11AM to 05 PM today (08/02/2025) from 106 schools, designated officials who came to the office of the Board, were delivered Admit Cards for 141 candidates, so as to enable them to appear in Madhyamik Pariksha (SE) 2025,” the WBBSE Board said.
The WBBSE announced that it will release fresh admit cards for a total of 181 students who were “deprived due to dereliction on the part of concerned school” from 136 schools that applied through the portal, as per the official notice.
However, only 106 schools collected the hall tickets from the board’s office on Saturday. Another 30 schools are yet to collect the West Bengal Madhyamik Class 10 admit card 2025 for 40 students.
Ramanuj Ganguly, president of WB Board of Secondary Education, recently disclosed the number of students who will appear for the West Bengal Madhyamik exams in the state, among them 5,55,950 are girls.
The WBBSE Board will conduct the West Bengal Madhyamik exams from February 10 to 22 at 2,683 centres across the state and around 9,84,753 students will be writing the board exams. The timings for the exam will be from 10:45 am to 2:00 pm.
