Subscribe NowNEW DELHI: The Public Service Commission, West Bengal (WBPSC) will conduct the West Bengal Civil Service (WBCS) preliminary exam soon. Candidates who successfully downloaded the WBCS admit card 2021, will be eligible to appear in the exam.
The WBCS exam will be conducted in OMR-sheet based offline mode. It is mandatory for candidates to carry WBCS admit card along with valid photo identity proof. Candidates failing to carry their admit card or photo ID will not be allowed to enter the exam centre. Aspirants must carry all COVID-19 essentials like mask, sanitiser and maintain social distancing. They must cooperate with the exam centre officials and not panic.

WBCS 2021: Important points to remember

Aspirants must adhere to the WBCS exam instructions.

Aspirants must reach the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the reporting time to avoid last-minute hassles and traffic congestion as the gates will be closed and latecomers will not be allowed to enter later.

Candidates must not take off their face masks during the WBCS exam in the exam hall.

Students must carry a personal hand sanitizers, transparent water bottle and stationery as it won’t be provided at the WBCS exam centre by the authorities.
Note: Students must refrain from carrying any kind of gadgets, electronic devices, or extra paper or chits, notebooks inside the WBCS exam hall as it will lead to disqualification and strict action will be taken against the candidates.
