WBJEE answer key 2025 tomorrow on wbjeeb.nic.in

NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has announced that the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) answer key 2025 will be published tomorrow, May 9. Candidates will be able to download the WBJEE 2025 answer key on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in. WBJEE answer key 2025 live updates.

"In line with the Section 11.0 (a, b, c) of WBJEE-2025 Information Bulletin, model answer keys for WBJEE-2025 will be uploaded on 9th May,2025. Candidates can log-in and view the model answer keys," the board said in the latest notice.

Aspirants will be able to calculate their scores in WBJEE exam 2025 with the help of answer keys. As per the WBJEE 2025 marking scheme, each question in category-1 carries one mark; while category-2 and category-3 questions carry two marks each. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 in category-1 for each wrong response and of 0.5 in category 2. However, no marks will be deducted for incorrect answers in the third category.

Those who do not feel satisfied with the WBJEE model answer key 2025 will be able to raise objections against the preliminary answer key by paying Rs 500 per question challenged. The last date to challenge the WBJEE answer key is May 11.

"A candidate can challenge any number of answer keys but in one session. The candidate has to pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹500 per question challenged through net banking/ debit card/ credit card/UPI only. No challenge will be reviewed if the fee payment is not successful," WBJEEB added.

WBJEE results 2025

The subject experts will examine the challenges and issue the WBJEE 2025 final answer key with revisions, if any. WBJEE results 2025 will be prepared based on the final answer key only. "The Board’s decision in this regard will be final and no further communication/ request/ appeal will be entertained," the WB Board further stated.

WBJEE 2025 was conducted on April 26 for paper 1 (mathematics) and paper 2 (physics and chemistry). The exam was held in two shifts and carried a total of 200 marks. WBJEE 2025 scores will be used for admission to engineering, technology, architecture, and pharmacy courses.
