WBJEE official answer key 2023 released at wbjeeb.nic.in; challenge by May 13

NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has released the WBJEE 2023 answer key. Students who appeared for WBJEE 2023 can check WBJEE answer key 2023 on the official website – wbjeeb.nic.in. Candidates will be able to access the answer key by logging in with their application number and password. Candidates will be able to raise objections against the answer key by May 13
"In line with the Section 11.0 (a, b, c) of WBJEE-2023 Information Bulletin, model answer keys for WBJEE-2023 have been uploaded. Candidates can login and view the model answer keys," said the board in an official notification.

Candidates can challenge the model answer key paying Rs 500 per question through net banking, or debit card, or credit card or UPI. The exam conducting authority will review the objections and release the final answer key with changes, if any. Based on the final answer key, WBJEE 2023 result will be declared.
"WBJEEB will review all challenges and take final decisions. The Board’s decision in this regard will be final and no further communication/ request/ appeal will be entertained. Scores and ranks will be calculated based on the final reviewed answer keys," the board added.
Steps to download WBJEE answer key 2023
- Visit the official website of WBJEEB - wbjee.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click on the “Model answer key - View and challenge for WBJEE 2023” link.
- Enter the valid login credentials such as application number and password
- Click on the login button.
- WBJEE 2023 answer key will appear on the screen.
WBJEE 2023 was conducted on April 30, 2023 in two shifts – 11am to 1pm and from 2pm to 4pm for mathematics paper and physics and chemistry paper. The exam was conducted for a total of 200 marks. Each question carried one mark and for each wrong answer, ¼ and ½ marks will be deducted.
