West Bengal Madhyamik exam 2024 from tomorrow; Know exam day guidelines, new timings

NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) is all set to conduct the Madhyamik exams from tomorrow i.e., February 2, 2024. The West Bengal Class 10 board exam in 2024 will now take place from 9:45 am to 1 pm, marking a change from the previous timings of 11:45 am to 3 pm. Students appearing in the West Bengal Class 10 board exam 2024 will be granted an additional 15 minutes prior to the start of the examination for the purpose of reading the question papers. An official notice regarding this was put up by the board on its official website - wbbse.wb.gov.in.

West Bengal Class 10 Board Exams 2024: Exam Day Guidelines

A few important exam day guidelines must be followed by the students appearing for the WB 10th board exams 2024. We have listed them below:

• Students must carry the WB 10th admit card 2024 with them on each exam day. Entry will not be allowed without this document.

• The use of electronic devices is strictly prohibited. Refrain from carrying mobile phones, calculators and other electronic gadgets.

• Students should bring their own stationery items, including pens, pencils, erasers, and other required materials.

• It is essential for candidates to arrive at the examination centre well in advance. Report at the examination centre before or by 9 am.

• Utilize the additional 15 minutes provided before the start of the exam to carefully read the question paper. Formulate a strategic plan for answering the paper.
