Whistling Woods International launches School of Sports and Esports Management
The BBA and MBA in sports and esports management will be offered through an agreement with RGNIYD, a think-tank for various youth related activities.

NEW DELHI : Whistling Woods International has started the School of Sports & Esports Management for the 2022 students intake. The school offers two programmes - MBA in sports & esports management and BBA sports & esports management programme.
These courses are offered under an agreement with Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), an Institute of National Importance.
Meghana Ghai Puri, president, WWI, said during the launch, “We at WWI endeavour to provide diverse platforms to aspirants to expand their perspective and scope, and with the introduction of the School of Sports and Esports Management, we aim to develop them into major contributors to the future success of the national and global sports and esports industries.
“With the multiple domains that we have expertise in, WWI is uniquely placed to provide valuable synergies to the students pursuing the sports & esports management courses in our institution,” she added.
Subhash Ghai, founder and chairman, WWI, said while announcing the launch, “As an institute, we have always strived to stay with the trends of the dynamic media and entertainment industry and this vision has led us to introduce the School of Sports & Esports Management. These industries are on a huge growth path and a lot of career opportunities are opening in these domains. There is, therefore, a tremendous need for trained and well-informed specialists with comprehensive knowledge in these sectors and the WWI School for Sports & Esports Management aims to fulfill this requirement.”
