XAT Exam 2022: Admit card, previous year question papers, preparation tips by toppers

NEW DELHI: The Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur will be conducting the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2022 on January 2, 2022, Sunday. With the XAT exam date nearing, it becomes necessary to boost up one’s preparation and make an exam day strategy to ace the XAT exam. Also, in these last few days, it is important to practice the XAT previous years question papers and analyze the trends of questions that have been asked so far.

Step 2: At the bottom of the page and find the ‘Exam Resource’ section.

Step 3: From there, click on the required year and download the XAT question paper.

Section-wise preparation tips for XAT 2022

Here are some section-wise XAT preparation tips that candidates should keep in mind to clear the XAT exam.

XAT tips for Quantitative ability

• The QA section is said to be similar to the one in the CAT. However, the catch is to choose the right questions and solve them quickly and correctly.

• One should practice DI and LR-type questions based on data.

• Practice solving each question using the initial approach.

XAT exam tips for Decision making

• This decision-making section is mostly filled with real-life examples and stories, so go through the XAT previous year question papers.

• At an advanced level, the questions revolve around ethics, problem-solving, and maximizing benefits. Therefore, candidates should take care of these.

• Importantly, try to solve only the questions that one is sure of.

XAT preparation tips for Verbal and logical ability

• Give more importance to vocabulary and critical reasoning.

• Since most of the questions are simple logic-based, the candidates should have a clear understanding of exactly what is given in the question being asked.

• Try to better grasp questions related to basic grammar and discourse.

XAT admit card 2022

XLRI released the XAT admit card on December 24. It should be noted that the candidates appearing for XAT 2022 can download XAT admit card by following the steps below.

• Go to the official website of XAT - xatonline.in.

• Next, find and click on the link “Admit Card” at the top of the homepage.

• Then enter your XAT id and date of birth.

• After entering the required details, click the XAT admit card download link.

• Finally, the appropriate XAT admit card will be displayed on the screen.

• Take a printout of the same for future use.
