NEW DELHI : XIM University, Bhubaneswar has invited applications for Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Management Studies (MMS) programmes 2024. The university offers postgraduate management programmes in fields like Business Management, Human Resource Management, Rural Management, Sustainability Management, Urban Management and Governance and Business Finance. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the XIM University MBA and MMS programme as per their academic qualification and the programme eligibility criteria. XIM University application form can be filled only in online mode by visiting the university website. Last date to submit the XIM University application form is January 22, 2024.

XIM University MBA and MMS Eligibility Criteria 2024
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree of minimum three-year duration with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
- Those who expect to complete the final part of their degree exam by June 15, 2024, can also apply. Offer of admission to such candidates, if made, will be provisional and will be automatically cancelled in the event of their failure to complete all the requirements.
- Candidates should have a valid score in any one of the following entrance exams: XAT/ CAT/ GMAT/ X-GMT/ NMAT.
- Work experience is not mandatory for MBA programme(s). However, the candidates need to have 3 plus years of relevant work experience after graduation, for the EMBA programme.

XIM University Selection Process 2024
Candidates will be shortlisted for the GD-WAT-PI round based on their sectional and overall scores in the entrance exam after the declaration of the entrance exam result. XIM University gives emphasis not only on entrance exam scores but also on Academic Profile, Work experience, and other parameters. There may be separate sets of cut-off marks on the XAT/ CAT/ GMAT/ X-GMT/ NMAT score for the Odisha Domicile candidates. The final selection is based on the candidate's academic profile, work experience, performance in the MBA entrance exam and GD-WAT-PI.
NOTE : The university decides the section-wise as well as total cut-off marks which will be used for short-listing candidates for the Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.
