Download NowThe mop up counselling round for Amrita Entrance Examination - Engineering (AEEE) Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP) is underway. Candidates who have not been offered admission in a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) course at the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham are eligible for the mop up round. Candidates who have accepted a seat in the previous rounds, are eligible for an upgradation of choice.
During the AEEE mop up round, if seat upgradation causes a difference in tuition fees to be paid, the candidate must pay the remainder fees within the stipulated time period. In case the seat upgradation causes a difference in fees to be reimbursed, the amount will either be reimbursed after the completion of the counselling process, or will be adjusted against next year’s tuition fee.
AEEE CSAP 2025 had two rounds of counselling before the last (mop up) round allotment was declared on July 3. Students who are allotted a fresh/upgraded seat in the final round of counselling can pay the full tuition fees and caution deposit latest by July 9 to confirm their seat.

BTech admission at Amrita
BTech admission to the seven branches of Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeetham is done through AEEE as well as through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains. A total of 70% of all BTech seats are reserved for AEEE candidates, and the remaining 30% can be availed through JEE Mains scores.
To take part in the AEEE counselling 2025, candidates can log in to the website aeee.amrita.edu with their credentials like email ID and phone number. After logging in, candidates can proceed to the CSAP process via the dashboard.
