AFCAT 2 admit card 2026 out at afcat.edcil.co.in; exam on August 8 for 379 vacancies

The Indian Air Force (IAF) has issued the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2 admit card 2026 on the official website, afcat.edcil.co.in. Registered candidates can download their AFCAT hall tickets by logging in with their email ID and password.

The AFCAT 2 2026 written examination will be conducted on August 8, 2026, for recruitment to 379 vacancies in the flying branch and ground duty (technical and non-technical) branches.

Candidates must carry a printed copy of the AFCAT 2 2026 admit card along with a valid photo identity proof to the examination centre for verification purposes. Entry to the exam hall will not be permitted without these documents. Candidates are advised to verify all the details mentioned on the AFCAT admit card, including their name, roll number, photograph, exam date, reporting time and examination centre.

The AFCAT 2 2026 exam will be held in two shifts on August 8. The morning shift will be conducted from 9.45 am to 11.45 am, while the afternoon shift will be held from 2.45 pm to 4.45 pm. AFCAT 2 2026 vacancy details

The Indian Air Force is conducting the recruitment drive to fill 379 vacancies under AFCAT 2/2026. These vacancies are available in the flying branch and ground duty (technical and non-technical) branches. Candidates qualifying the written examination will be shortlisted for the Air Force Selection Board (AFSB) interview, followed by the medical examination and preparation of the final merit list.

The AFCAT examination consists of questions from General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English, Numerical Ability, Reasoning and Military Aptitude. The AFCAT 2 recruitment is for courses commencing in July 2027.
