New Delhi: All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has announced the results of Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2018 which was held on January 21, 2018, in online mode. Around 30,000 candidates appeared for the national level test for admissions to AICTE approved institutes/colleges for Masters in Pharmacy programme. A total of 24,096 seats are offered through the test across 841 participating institutes which accept the GPAT score for admissions.

The test takers can check the result on the official website of AICTE using their login credentials – registered e-mail id and password. The result is available in the form of the scorecard and will be valid for one year. For the candidates who are registering for Ph.D. and using National Doctoral Scholarship, the scorecard will be valid for three years.

GPAT is an annual test conducted in computer-based mode by AICTE. The exam had 125 Multiple-Choice Questions carrying a total of 500 marks to be solved in 3 hours.

The minimum qualifying marks for General and OBC category students are 113 and 82 for SC, ST and PD category students respectively. The qualifying candidates will be called for the counselling process as part of next stage in the admission process of participating colleges across India.
