AIIMS issues NEET UG round 1 reporting guidelines 2025; MBBS classes to start on August 18

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will announce the NEET UG seat allotment results 2025 for round 1 on July 31 at the official website, mcc.nic.in.

A total of 2,000 seats in 17 AIIMS will be filled through MCC NEET UG counselling 2025. Candidates who are allotted seats in round 1 counselling will have to report at Academic Section, Undergraduate Cell, AIIMS, New Delhi between August 1 to 6 to complete the process.
Candidates are required to carry these five documents - provisional seat allotment letter issued by MCC, NTA NEET scorecard, NTA NEET admit card, five passport-size photographs; and a valid identity proof such a Aadhaar card, election card, passport or any photo identity card issued by the Government of India. Additionally, candidates will have to submit caste, PwD, and Class 10+12 marksheet.
Candidates should bring two sets of copies of all required documents. “Those candidates who join MBBS course at AlIMS, New Delhi, his/her Original certificates will be retained and the same will not be returned to the candidate before completion of the course,” the institute said.
As per the eligibility criteria, general category candidates should have obtained 60% in Class 12, SC, ST, and OBC should have secured 50% and PwD candidates should have a score of 45% in the qualifying exam.

AIIMS NEET UG round 1 admission 2025
The regular classes for freshers will begin on August 18. “Candidates should be prepared for an additional day of stay as joining and medical examination may spill over to next day,” the institute said. The round 1 reporting and admission schedule is as follows.

After 9:30 am at the hostel premises. On declaration of Medical Fitness, candidate has to deposit the requisite fee for hostel accommodation. Hostel accommodation will be done immediately after submission of fees. |

General orientation programme. |
August 8 |
A General Orientation Programme with Director AlIMS and Dean Academics along with other Faculty members will be arranged for fresher's in conference hall. |

Orientation Programme CREST. |
August 9 to 14 |
An orientation programme has been arranged for fresher's for their welfare at Conference Hall, which is compulsory to attend for all. |
