AKTU admission 2021: University postpones UPCET counselling 2021 date

NEW DELHI: Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow has postponed the tentative date of Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (UPCET) counselling 2021 for admissions to various courses, which was supposed to start from tomorrow, September 16.

The new date of UPCET counselling 2021 will be released soon, the AKTU said in an official statement.

“Important notice regarding the postponement of the proposed date of counseling held in the university due to unavoidable reasons,” AKTU said in a social media post.

Through UPCET Counselling 2021, students can take admission to various courses like B Des, B Pharm, BHMCT, BFAD, BFA, B Voc, B.Tech, MBA(Integrated), MCA, M Tech (Integrated) etc.

AKTU conducts UPCET exam every year. This year, UPCET 2021 was held on September 5 and 6 in online mode. UPCET result 2021 has not been declared yet and is likely to be announced in October.

AKTU counselling will be conducted in five rounds. The counselling will include online registration, document verification, online choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting. Students will have to register for counselling online by filling their application number and password.

How to register for UPCET Counselling 2021

• Visit the official website of AKTU - aktu.ac.in
• Click on the counselling link available on the home page
• Fill the registration form
• Fill the application form by entering the credentials
• Upload a photograph and signature
• Submit the fee
• Take a printout of the form for future reference

Recently, Allahabad University commenced the admission process for several undergraduate courses through undergraduate aptitude test (UGAT) 2021. The last date to apply for Allahabad University admission 2021 is October 3.
