IIM Ahmedabad Placement 2023: All MBA students of class 2025 get job offers
In IIM Ahmedabad Placement 2023, Boston Consulting offered highest number of jobs, 22. A total of 406 students got employment opportunities.

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM Ahmedabad) said all students of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management have been offered jobs or internships during the IIM Ahmedabad summer placement drive for the MBA 2025 class.
The institution added that 406 students received employment offers in 124 firms, which were hiring for 170 job roles. The placement drive was held under the cluster-cohort placement system, wherein the firms were divided in three clusters.

The companies that participated in the IIM Ahmedabad summer placement drive 2023 included from management consulting; investment banking and markets; private equity and venture capital; consumer goods and durables; consumer services and consumer electronics; conglomerates; pharmacy and healthcare; consumer technology; banking and insurance; analytics and IT and core manufacturing and Infrastructure cohorts

The institute said 12 new recruiters, including Tata Steel, Param Hansa Values, India Sotheby's International Realty, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited, and NPCI, participated in the placement drive.

Most offers: Boston Consulting
The highest number of students were hired by the Boston Consulting Group (22) in the management consulting cohort. In advisory consulting, niche consulting, investment banking and markets, and VC and asset management cohorts, the highest recruiters were PwC, Accenture, Goldman Sachs and Squared Capital, respectively.
In the Consumer Goods and Durables, HUL extended the most offers while Mahindra with 11 offers was the largest recruiter in the conglomerate cohort. In the IT consulting cohort, Tata Consultancy Services was the largest recruiter with 19 offers. Tata Steel was the highest recruiter in the core manufacturing and infrastructure cohort with five offers.

‘Dream’ application opportunity
The IIM Ahmedabad also provided PGP in Management students with the flexibility for making “dream” applications to firms of their choice in a subsequent cluster, even when they had a job offer in hand. As many as 96 students took the opportunity to make 149 “dream applications” this year, the institute added.
