AP B.Arch counselling 2026 dates out; registration closes September 8

NATA 2025, 2026 qualified candidates can register for Andhra Pradesh B.Arch web counselling from September 3 to 8.

The Department of Higher Education, Andhra Pradesh, will begin the online registration process for AP B.Arch counselling 2026 tomorrow, September 3. As per the schedule, the AP B.Arch counselling 2026 registration and processing fee payment window will remain open from September 3 to September 8.

Candidates who have qualified and are eligible through the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2025 or 2026 and are seeking admission to first-year B.Arch (Regular) degree courses in universities and private institutions in Andhra Pradesh can register through the official counselling portal, cap.apcfss.in.

The processing fee is Rs 1,250 for OC and BC candidates and Rs 650 for SC and ST candidates. Candidates have been advised to make the payment online through credit card, debit card or net banking.

After AP B.Arch registration and fee payment, candidates will have to upload the required certificates and complete online certificate verification. The verification of uploaded certificates at the notified help line centres will be conducted from September 4 to September 9. Check the complete counselling schedule here.

Steps to register for AP B.Arch counselling 2026

Candidates can follow these steps to complete the registration process:

  • Visit cap.apcfss.in.
  • Click on Candidate Login.
  • Select New Registration.
  • Select AP B.Arch under the admission/CET dropdown.
  • Select the Intermediate or Diploma board.
  • Enter the Intermediate hall ticket number or Diploma PIN.
  • Select the year of passing.
  • Enter and confirm the registered mobile number.
  • Enter and confirm the Aadhaar number.
  • Enter the date of birth.
  • Accept the declaration and click on generate OTP.
  • Use the username and password sent to the registered mobile number to log in.
  • Verify the details displayed in the registration form.
  • Enter the required information and upload the documents in PDF format.
  • Pay the applicable processing fee.
  • Submit the application and click on print to keep a copy of the completed registration.

The counselling authorities have stated that the username and password generated through the common registration process will be applicable to all eligible CETs. Therefore, candidates do not need to register separately for other CETs for which they are eligible.

AP B.Arch Counselling 2026: Documents required

Candidates should keep the following documents ready while filling the counselling application:

  • NATA 2025/2026 hall ticket
  • NATA 2025/2026 valid scorecard
  • SSC marks memo
  • Intermediate or Diploma marks memo
  • Study certificates from Class 6 to Intermediate or Class 7 to Diploma
  • Caste certificate, if applicable
  • Minority certificate, if applicable
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Income certificate issued on or after January 1, 2023, for claiming tuition fee reimbursement
  • EWS certificate valid for 2026-27, issued through Meeseva, for eligible OC candidates
  • Andhra Pradesh residence certificate, where applicable
  • Parents' 10-year Andhra Pradesh residence certificate for non-local candidates
  • Equivalency certificate for candidates who completed an intermediate or diploma in another state or country

Candidates belonging to special categories should also submit the relevant certificates for Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD), Children of Armed Personnel (CAP), Sports and Games, Scouts and Guides, and NCC, wherever applicable.
