AP NEET PG 2025 final round allotment list out; Siddhartha Medical College closes at 40 marks

Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada recorded the lowest NEET PG closing cut-off at 40 marks, while Andhra Medical College closed its admission at 74 marks.

Use NowDr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada, has declared the final result for the Andhra Pradesh NEET PG stray vacancy round for admission to MD, MS, and diploma courses. Candidates can download the AP NEET PG final seat allotment letter from the official portal, drntr.uhsap.in.
The university said all grievances received were examined by the selection committee and no discrepancies were found in the allotments. Candidates allotted seats should report to their respective colleges by 5 pm on February 28.
Those who are allotted seats in the competent authority quota (CQ) will not be eligible for the management quota (MQ) stray round counselling, the university clarified. Notably, classes for the 2025-26 academic session already commenced on December 22, 2025.
Among all colleges that participated in the final counselling round, Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada recorded the lowest NEET PG closing cut-off at 40 marks, while Andhra Medical College closed its admission at 74 marks.
These low cut-offs follow the National Medical Commission’s (NMC) decision to reduce the NEET PG cut-off to zero percentile and -40 marks from round 3 onwards, expanding the eligibility for MD and MS admissions.
