Assam HS results 2024 declared for arts, science, commerce at ahsec.gov.in; 88.64% pass

Check NowNEW DELHI: The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has declared the Assam higher secondary (Assam HS) or Class 12th results today. The overall pass percentage of Assam Class 12th results 2024 is 88.64%. Students can check the Assam HS 12th result link 2024 on the official websites, ahsec.assam.gov.in and resultsassam.nic.in. Students will have to key in their Assam HS roll number in the result link to download the provisional mark sheet. The original pass certificate will be distributed to the students by their respective schools.
Congratulating the students, Assam education minister Ranoj Pegu announced the pass percentage of each stream. This year, 88.24% cleared the Class 12 exam in arts stream, 90.29% passed in science stream, 88.28% in commerce, and 85.78% in vocation stream.
A total of 2,73,908 students had appeared in the Assam HS board exam 2024, of which 2,42,794 students have been declared passed.
Students will have to key in their Assam HS roll number in the result link to download the provisional mark sheet. The original pass certificate will be distributed to the students by their respective schools.
Assam HS stream-wise results 2024
Students can check the stream-wise Assam HS results 2024. Of the total students who cleared the exam, 41,133 students got first division in arts stream, 25,437 in science stream, 6,192 in commerce stream, and 163 in vocational stream.

Students will be allowed to apply for rechecking of answer scripts and the facility will be made available two days from the date of result declaration ie. May 11.
“In case of any difficulty in applying ONLINE for rechecking of Answer Scripts or Photocopy of Answer Scripts, an email may be sent to itahsec@gmail.com ,” the minister said.
Assam education minister Ranoj Pegu posted on X the HS result links and other sites where students can check the Class 12th results.

Last year, a total of 46,383 students appeared, of which, 39,405 students were declared pass. As per the stream-wise Assam HS results of the previous year, science-stream students obtained the highest pass percent of 84.96%, followed by commerce students by scoring 79.57%, and pass percentage of arts stream was at 70.12%.
