Candidates can challenge ASTU JLEE, JMEE 2026 tentative answer key till June 24 by paying Rs 500 per question

Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) has announced the release date of the Joint Lateral Entry Examination (JLEE) and Joint MCA Entrance Examination (JMEE) tentative answer key. As per the official notice, the provisional answer key will be out on June 22, 2026 at 7 pm. Aspirants who are going to appear in the JLEE & JMEE exam 2026 can download the answer key on the official website of ASTU at astu.ac.in.
Aspirants can challenge the tentative answer key till June 24,2026 till 7 pm. They can raise the objection through the 'JLEE-2026 & JMEE-2026 login porta;’ at astu.formsrec.in/ASTU_JMEE_JLEE. The objections will be examined by the subject experts.
Once all the objections are resolved, the university will display the JLEE & JMEE final answer key 2026 on the university website. The JLEE & JMEE results 2026 will be compiled based on the final answer key.
To challenge the answer key, applicants need to make the payment of Rs 500/- per question. The objection fees will be refunded, if the answer key challenge is sustained. As per the official notice, candidates should ensure that the full prescribed processing fee is paid while submitting objections to the provisional answer key, as challenges with insufficient payment will be automatically rejected and the fee will not be refunded.

Only objections accompanied by successful fee payment will be considered for review. Applicants are advised to verify the payable amount before making the payment. The university's decision on all challenges will be final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
The admit cards for JLEE and JMEE 2026 were out on June 17, 2026. The entrance examinations will be conducted on June 21, 2026 (Sunday) from 11 am to 2 pm. The results of both examinations are expected to be declared within 15 working days after the conduct of the test.
The JLEE 2026 and JMEE 2026 examinations will be conducted in multiple choice question (MCQ) format and will consist of a single paper of three hours' duration. Candidates will receive four marks for every correct answer, while one mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.
For JLEE 2026, the question paper will comprise 30 questions from mathematics, 10 questions from basic computer science, 10 questions from engineering graphics, and 50 questions from the candidate's branch of engineering.

For JMEE 2026, the paper will include 30 questions from mathematics, 30 questions from reasoning, 20 questions from english, and 20 questions from fundamentals of computer.
