AYUSH UG counselling 2026 round 1 registration begins; schedule out for BAMS, BSMS admissions

The Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) has begun the AYUSH UG counselling 2026 registration for round 1 admissions on its official website at aaccc.gov.in. Candidates will be able to register for the AYUSH UG round 1 admissions by September 13 up to 2 pm.

The counselling committee has also announced the schedule for the AYUSH UG counselling 2026 for admission to Ayurveda, Yoga, and naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy (AYUSH) undergraduate programmes for the academic session 2026-27.

The AYUSH UG round 1 choice filling and locking process will be conducted from September 9 to 13, 2026. The AACCC will announce the AYUSH UG round 1 seat allotment results on September 16.

Those who will be allotted AYUSH courses at various government and private medical colleges in round 1 allotment, will have to report to their allotted institutes between September 17 and 23.

The AYUSH counselling will be held across four rounds, and a stray vacancy round for admission to BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, and BHMS programmes.

AYUSH NEET UG Counselling 2026: Steps to register

Candidates aiming for admission to AYUSH programmes, can follow the steps given below to register for round 1 counselling.

• Go to the official website at aaccc.gov.in.
• On the homepage, click on the “UG counselling” link.
• A new window will open.
• Again click on “new candidate registration” and press proceed.
• Enter NEET UG roll number, application number, date of birth and other required details.
• Fill academic requirements, personal details and NEET scores.
• Upload required documents in the given format.
• Pay the AYUSH UG counselling fee.
• Press the submit icon.
• Download the submitted form.

As per the eligibility, only NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates will be able to register for the AYUSH UG counselling.

It will be held for AIQ seats in BAMS, BSMS, BUMS and BHMS courses under the government, government-aided, central universities, national institutes, and deemed universities.

Unreserved, Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Other Backward Classes- Non Creamy Layer (OBC NCL) candidates should have to pay Rs 1,000 as registration fee and Rs 20,000 security deposit for counselling.

Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) category candidates can pay Rs 500 as non-refundable counselling fee and Rs 20,000 as refundable security deposit.
