NEW DELHI: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) warned students appearing for Bihar Board Intermediate exams 2025 of criminal trespassing, two-year ban, and a First Information Report (FIR), for attempting to violate rules regarding exam timings and entry to the examination centres. The Bihar Board issued a notice regarding forceful and unauthorized entry into examination centers after the designated time for BSEB 12th board exams 2025.

Recently, BSEB instructed candidates appearing for the Bihar Board Inter exams 2025 to enter the examination center at least one hour before the commencement of the exam. The main gate of the examination center will be closed half an hour prior to the beginning of the exam.

Bihar Board Class 12 exams 2025 are going to be held from February 1, 2025 to February 15, 2025 in two shifts. The first shift will be conducted from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and the second shift from 2 pm to 5 pm.

“If any candidate, due to delay in reaching the examination center, attempts to enter the examination premises forcefully or unauthorizedly by jumping over the boundary or gate, it will be considered a violation of the committee's instructions and fall under the category of criminal trespass. Additionally, this will be seen as a clear attempt to disturb the sanctity of the examination and will be treated as a criminal act,” the board stated.

In such cases, BSEB explained, if a student is found forcefully or unauthorizedly entering the exam centre by jumping over the boundary or gate after the main gate has been closed, the incident will be treated as criminal trespass, and the concerned candidate will be disqualified from the examination for two years. A formal police report will also be filed against the examinee, it added.

Moreover, the Bihar Board exam center head and other identified individuals responsible for the incident will be suspended and will face legal action.
