NEW DELHI: Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani will commence the BITSAT 2021 exam from today, August 3. BITSAT exam dates 2021 are August 3 to 9. BITSAT will be conducted as a computer-based exam in different shifts on each day of the examination.

Candidates will be required to follow all COVID-19 norms and exam day guidelines released by the authorities along with the BITSAT admit card 2021 at the exam centres. BITSAT 2021 will be an exam of 3 hours and will have 150 multiple choice questions spread over the sections of the exam.
Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from the point of entry in the BITSAT 2021 exam venue till exit from the exam venue.
Candidates must bring their own mask, gloves, personal hand sanitizer (50ml), transparent water bottle, a simple pen with transparent cover and exam-related documents like BITSAT admit card 2021, valid photo ID card, etc. No other items will be permitted inside the exam venue.
Candidates must bring a duly signed BITSAT self-declaration 2021 and show the same to the invigilator or security guard at the entry of the exam centre.
Candidates showing COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed entry to the BITSAT exam centre 2021.
Entry of candidates at the exam centres will be done as per time-slot in order to maintain social distancing.
Temperature of a candidate will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermal Gun. Only those candidates will be allowed inside the exam venue whose temperature is within the acceptable limit as approved by competent authorities.
Mapping of 'Candidate's Application Number and the Lab Number' will not be displayed outside the exam venue, it will be provided to the candidates individually at the time of entry of the candidate into the exam venue after verifying their BITSAT 2021 admit Card and ID proof.
Candidates need to follow directions given by the centre staff and stand in the markings at the entry points.
At the registration desk, candidates will be directed to sanitize their hands using sanitizer provided at the desk. Photographs of the candidates will be captured during the registration for the purpose of authentication later during the admission process.
Candidates will be under CCTV surveillance throughout the exam duration within the lab.
Candidates are required to report at the BITSAT 2021 exam venue strictly as per the time slot informed via SMS on their registered mobile number one day prior to the exam date.
Candidates should note that along with appearing in BITSAT 2021, they also have to apply for admission by providing details of their Class 12 marks and preferences. The detailed application process for applying through Class 12 marks and application form will be made available at the BITS website by August 10.
