BPSC TRE 4 application 2026 begins for 32,388 teacher recruitment posts

Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has started accepting applications for BPSC Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE-4) exam 2026 today. Candidates can apply for BPSC TRE 4 exam 2026 on the official website at bpsc.bih.nic.in.

Several media reports suggest the BPSC has activated the TRE 4 application link, but the website is currently down. As per the BPSC TRE 4 dates, the last date for application form filling is October 21, and the exam and admit card release dates are yet to be confirmed.

The BPSC recruitment drive aims to fill 32,388 school teacher vacancies across primary, middle, secondary, and higher secondary levels in Bihar. Out of the total vacancies offered, 3,847 posts are for Classes 1 to 5, 8,563 for Classes 6 to 8, 3,877 for Classes 9 to 10, and 16,101 for Classes 11 to 12.

Candidates with CTET or STET certificates can apply for the TRE 4 exam.

How to fill BPSC TRE 4.0 2026 application form?

The steps to fill BPSC TRE application form are as follows.

• Visit the website at bpsc.bihar.gov.in
• Click on the ‘BPSC TRE 4.0 online application’ link
• Register with basic details to obtain login credentials
• Log in and fill out the application form
• Upload scanned copies of all documents
• Pay the application fee online
• Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.

The BPSC TRE 4 application fee is Rs 100. Candidates can pay the fee using a debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. BPSC TRE registration process was earlier scheduled to begin on September 1 and continue until September 30.
