NEW DELHI: All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) issued a circular to AICTE affiliated colleges, universities and institutions regarding the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) providing reskilling, upskilling programmes under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
This information and Technology (IT) manpower programme is designed for empowerment of educators through social media platforms. The primary objective of the programme is to give hands-on training experience to educators in teaching strategies using social media platforms, learning digital tools and techniques and their utility to enhance their productivity at an affordable price.

The online programme will span over the duration of 90-hours including recorded sessions with assignment and quiz that will be accessible after the payment of the course fee of Rs 688 along with additional online Iive handholding sessions for five to ten days of flexible learning for the educators.
The programme fee is Rs 75 and the assessment and certification fee is an additional Rs 509 while the effective fee after availing incentive for digital upskilling is Rs 45. The learning batches are schedules bi-monthly. The current batch started its one-hour daily sessions on November 7, 2022
