Use NowNEW DELHI - Indian Institute of Management Indore has launched the official website for Common Admission Test (CAT) 2020. It is confirmed that CAT 2020 exam date is November 29 and it will be held in two sessions. CAT 2020 registration will commence from August 5 and the end date for filling the form is September 16. The CAT mock test can be availed from October 16, 2020.

Whats new in CAT 2020
- There is an increase in the CAT 2020 application fee.

CAT registration 2020
IIM Indore will begin the online registration process for CAT 2020 from August 5, 2020. Candidates will be able to fill the application form of CAT 2020 till September 16. Aspirants willing to appear for CAT 2020 will have to first create their login credentials and login to fill the complete CAT 2020 registration form. The registration fee for general category candidates is Rs 2000 and Rs 1000 for reserved category candidates. Payment of CAT 2020 registration fee is through Debit/ Credit cards or Net banking.

CAT exam pattern
There is no change in the exam pattern of CAT 2020. The exam will be conducted in computer based mode on November 29, 2020 in two slots. A total of 100 questions will be asked with 60 minutes given to each section. There will be three sections - Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Ability. Candidates will be not be allowed to switch from one section to another while answering questions in a section
CAT Exam Centres
The number of exam centres for CAT 2020 is 156 exam cities as compared to last year. Students while filling the application form can opt for six exam cities as per their preference.
What is CAT exam 2020?
Common Admission Test is a national level entrance examination for admission to more than 600 B-schools across India. More than 2 lakh students appear each year for the entrance test.
