NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad will release the official CAT 2021 answer key today, December 8, 2021, on iimcat.ac.in. The answer key of CAT 2021 for slot 1, slot 2, and slot 3 will be available separately in a pdf format. Along with the CAT answer key 2021, the authority will also release the CAT response sheet. In order to download the official CAT official answer key 2021, candidates have to enter their user ID and password.

Common Admission Test (CAT 2021) was conducted on November 28, 2021. Students can cross-check all the answers with CAT 2021 response sheets and calculate the overall predicted CAT score. If candidates find any incorrect answer in the provisional CAT 2021 answer key , they will have the opportunity to challenge it till December 11, 2021.

Step to download the official CAT 2021 answer key

CAT test-takers can follow the steps given below to download the official CAT official answer key and response sheets.

• First, go to the official IIM CAT 2021 website, iimcat.ac.in

• Next, find and click on the “Login” tab from the “Registered Candidate Login” section.

• Then, enter the valid CAT 2021 registration ID and password and then click on the “Submit” button.

• Next, select the ‘Candidate Response’ tab to download your response sheet for the CAT exam 2021.

• At lastly, the CAT 2021 answer key will appear on the screen. Click on the download button and save the answer key and response sheet of CAT in a pdf format.

How to challenge the CAT answer key 2021?

IIM Ahmedabad will open the CAT 2021 answer key challenge window on the same day as the student’s response sheet is released i.e. December 8. Students can challenge the official CAT exam answer by completing the online application form before December 11.

Candidates must upload a document supporting their claim. Only objections filed with evidence will be considered by the CAT 2021 exam authority. The challenge fee for the CAT answer key is Rs 1200 per question. Fees will be refunded only to candidates whose objections are accepted.

CAT 2021 final answer key

The final CAT 2021 answer key will be issued only if the objection raised against the provisional answer keys is accepted as valid. The CAT final answer key will be the basis on which CAT results will be prepared and students' raw scores and percentiles calculated. It is expected that the official final CAT answer key 2021 will be released tentatively in the last week of December 2021.

CAT 2021 results will be declared in the first week of January 2022. IIMs begin the selection process for MBA/ PGP courses soon after the release of CAT results. If the candidates are shortlisted for IIM admission 2022-24, they will be invited to participate in selection rounds (WAT-PI).
