The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow has released the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2023 notification today, July 30, 2023. The CAT 2023 exam date has also been announced along with the CAT notification 2023.

The IIM Lucknow will conduct the CAT 2023 exam on November 26, 2023, at 155 test cities. The authority will conduct the CAT exam in three shifts. Shift 1 from 8:30 am - 10:30 pm, shift 2 from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm, and shift 3 from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm.
The CAT 2023 registration process will begin on August 2. The last date to submit the CAT application form is September 13, 2023. Candidates with a bachelor's degree with minimum 50 percent aggregate marks and 45 percent marks for SC/ ST category are eligible to apply for the CAT exam 2023.
As per the CAT 2023 notification, the fee has been increased from Rs 2300 to 2400 for general category candidates and Rs 1150 to 1200 for reserved category candidates.

The CAT exam will consist of the following sections: verbal and reading comprehension, data interpretation & logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude. CAT 2023 question paper will be two types of questions - MCQ-based and TITA (type in the answer) for a total mark of 198.
