Use NowNEW DELHI: If you are expecting a CAT 2024 percentile between 90 and 100, there are good chances of securing a seat in one of the top MBA colleges including SP Jain, FMS Delhi, and the IITs. The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta will declare the Common Admission Test (CAT) result 2024 tentatively in the second week of January 2025. The largest management entrance exam in India, CAT, is held every year to provide a gateway to the Master in Business Administration (MBA) programmes in participating B-schools and Post Graduate Programmes in Management (PGPs) in the IIMs.
While most of the premier institutes and top B-schools have very high CAT cut-offs, candidates scoring above 90 percentile can still expect a call. The exam is just a prerequisite for admission to the management institutes, which ultimately select students through a written test and interview, in most cases.
