CBSE second board exam result 2026 delayed? Here's what we know

The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE is yet to announce the Class 10 phase 2 exam results. Students who registered for second session exam are advised to be ready with their roll number and date of birth to check and download scorecards. From this year, board implemented the two-phase examination to provide students with another opportunity to improve scores. Over 6 lakh opted to appear in the second session examination . As announced, the board will consider the best of two scores while preparing final marksheet.

The board conducted Class 10 phase 1 examination from February 17 to March 11, and announced results on April 15. Phase 2 exams were conducted between May 15 and May 21. Those who appeared for exams are waiting for results. CBSE Class 10 result LIVE updates.

Media reports claim that CBSE will announce the Class 10 results today. The board, however, has not announced the official date and time for the declaration of the matric results.

Steps to check CBSE Class 10 Phase 2 result 2026

• Visit the official CBSE result portal cbse.gov.in and click on result website tab
• On homepage, click on the "CBSE Class 10 Phase 2 Result 2026" or "Secondary School Examination (Phase II) Result 2026" link
• Enter your roll number, school number, admit card ID and date of birth
• Click on submit
• Your result will be displayed on the screen
• Download the scorecard and take a printout for future references
