CBSE launches Integrated Payment System for Class 10, 12 payments; holds principals liable for errors

Check NowThe Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched an Integrated Payment System (IPS) for processing payments related to remuneration and other expenses for Class 10 and 12 for the academic year 2024-25. Principals of affiliated schools can access the IPS portal through the CBSE’s official website at cbse.gov.in.

The system has been launched to streamline the payment process for IPS centre final, and IPS spot evaluation 2025. “All Schools are requested to check the IPS portal and complete the required data entry as soon as possible for Class 10 and 12 exams ,” according to the official notification.
The CBSE has urged the principals to make sure that the bank account details of exam functionaries are entered accurately.

CBSE reminds schools to correct LOC data
“Principals must personally review the data before finalizing it on the IPS portal and ensure that no data of any examiner/functionary is left unfilled,” the statement reads.
The board also cautioned that any mistake in providing bank account details of exam functionaries may result in payment being made to the wrong person. Therefore, the principals of the schools will be responsible in such situations, and recovery of the amount paid in error shall be made from them.
In addition, the CBSE has also reminded all the heads of schools to submit the accurate data of List of Candidates (LOC) for Class 10 and 12 board exams 2025-26.
It also reiterated that those who have been assigned by the principals to fill the LOC details must be aware of all the guidelines to avoid mistakes.
