Download EBookNEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay will close the registration window for Common Entrance Exam for Design, CEED and Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam, UCEED, today, October 21. Candidates can apply for CEED, for Master of Design (MDes) and Phd programmes at the official website of CEED 2023, ceed.iitb.ac.in. Those seeking admission to Bachelor of Design (BDes) need to apply for UCEED 2023 through UCEED registration portal at uceed.iitb.ac.in. Candidates are advised to check eligibility criteria before applying and pay the CEED, UCEED registration fee.

Candidates with a minimum 3 year degree or diploma programme after 10+2 are eligible to apply for CEED 2023. Those appearing for the final year of qualifying examination by July 2023 can also apply for this design entrance exam. Students who want to apply for UCEED 2023 must have completely +2 in 2022 or be appearing in 2023.
Both CEED and UCEED exams will be conducted on January 22, 2023 in a single slot, from 9 am to 12 pm.

Candidates need to pay the application fee while applying. The registration fee for both exams is Rs 3600 for general candidates while SC, ST, and women candidates will have to pay Rs. 1800.

CEED and UCEED is a national level design entrance exam conducted by IIT Bombay for admission to graduate and post graduate design programmes of IIT, Bombay and other participating institutes. Candidates who qualify in the Common Entrance Exam for Design, CEED can apply for MDes and Phd in design while those who clear the UCEED will be eligible to participate in the admission process for BDes programme.
