Download NowKarnataka UGCET 2025 counselling round 2 option entry begins today. This is the final counselling round for admission to undergraduate engineering, architecture, agriculture, veterinary, pharmacy, nursing and allied health sciences programmes.
The revised seat matrix for UGCET counselling round 2 has been published. Candidates can accordingly revise their preferences for colleges and courses. The seat allotment list will be out on August 29, 2025, at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. It will be based on the choices filled, entrance exam scores, and the availability of seats.
There are tentatively 29,550 engineering seats available through the UGCET counselling round 2. There are approximately 1,350 seats available for pharmacy programmes, and 427 seats for architecture.

Karnataka UGCET counselling 2025
Candidates can access the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) UGCET 2025 option entry link on the ‘Admissions’ page. Clicking on the link will redirect to the login portal, where students can sign in using their QR code, CET number, or application number. The option rearrangement window will remain open till August 25.
Candidates who are allotted seats during the Karnataka Under Graduate Common Entrance Test ( UGCET 2025 ) round 2 counselling cannot opt for further seat upgradation through subsequent rounds. They can either select choice 1, which accepts the allocated seat, or choice 4, which rejects the seat and withdraws admission.
Those who opted for seat upgradation in UGCET seat allotment round 1 but did not secure a higher preference will retain their earlier allotment. They can either accept or decline the allocated seat.
If vacant seats remain after Karnataka UGCET round 2 withdrawals, KEA will organise a mop-up counselling round.
