NEW DELHI: The Consortium of NLUs will release the CLAT 2021 admit card to all successfully registered candidates a few weeks before the pen-and-paper exam. The consortium hasn’t yet announced a date for the download of the admit card, but with around twenty days left for the exam, it may be released anytime soon. CLAT 2021 will be conducted on July 23 in offline mode.

The CLAT admit card is a mandatory document that a candidate has to carry with them on the day of the exam, along with a valid photo identification proof.

What details would be mentioned on the CLAT admit card 2021

The admit card would carry details like:

  • The name of the candidate

  • The date and time of the CLAT 2021 exam

  • Name of the allotted CLAT exam centre

  • Reporting time

  • Roll number

  • Date of birth

  • Name of the parent or guardian

  • Candidate’s signature

  • General guidelines for the exam, like what is allowed and what isn’t inside the exam venue. Code of conduct.

  • COVID-19 specific guidelines.

How to download CLAT admit card 2021

  1. Go to the consortium website - consortiumofnlus.ac.in

  2. In the login window on the top right corner, enter mobile number and password

  3. On login, the admit card will be displayed in PDF format

  4. Download and take a printout of the CLAT 2021 admit card.

COVID-19 guidelines

The consortium will release the detailed guidelines to be followed by candidates and staff at the exam centre shortly. But here are a few COVID-19 safety guidelines that were released last year.

  • Social distancing norms to be followed by candidates.

  • Wearing masks is mandatory.

  • Staff to be deployed for crowd management and to ensure orderly movement

  • Thermo guns to be installed at the gates to check temperature.

  • Exam area to be disinfected and sanitized

  • Special provisions to be made for candidates with COVID-19 symptoms.
