NEW DELHI: The Consortium of NLUs will conduct the national-level CLAT 2021 entrance exam on July 23, 2021, (2-4 pm) for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate law programs offered by the 22 participating NLUs. The exam will be held in pen-and-paper format throughout the country at 84 test locations.

Candidates who are appearing in the exam must report to the exam center on time and follow CLAT 2021 exam guidelines. The consortium has released a long list of
general and COVID-19 guidelines
for candidates to adhere to for the safe and smooth conduct of the exam.
CLAT 2021 guidelines

Reporting time: Candidates must report at the CLAT exam center one hour before the commencement of the exam. Those who reach the exam venue 15 minutes post commencement of the exam will not be allowed entry.

Document checklist: Candidates need to carry a printout of the CLAT admit card 2021 and a valid photo id with them.

COVID guidelines: Wear a mask at all times, carry hand sanitizers, and follow social distancing. Applicants also need to produce a duly filled and signed medical self-declaration form.

Proper conduct inside exam hall: Cheating, assisting other candidates, or trying to seek clarifications during the exam is not allowed.

Loss and damage of property: The consortium will not take responsibility for the loss/damage of the property of candidates.

Any kind of digital watch, calculator, headphones, etc. An analog wristwatch is allowed though.

: The essay section has been dropped from CLAT PG 2021
The CLAT UG paper will include questions from English, current affairs, including GK, legal reasoning, logical reasoning and quantitative techniques sections.
CLAT 2021 - Last-minute tips

Go through the previous years’ CLAT question papers . It will give you a fair knowledge of the upcoming exam.

Ensure that you get a good sleep, which is typically 7-8 hours, before the D-day. This way you will feel fresh and ready to hit the ground running.

Avoid stress by not starting a new topic or chapter.

Revise what you have already read.

Take one or two mock tests to get into the exam groove.

Also, go through exam tips released by the consortium .
Remember on exam day, it is not just accuracy that will count, but also whether you are able to manage time. There will be 150 questions (for CLAT UG) that have to be attempted in 120 minutes.
