NEW DELHI: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will close the CLAT 2023 application form window tomorrow, November 13, 2022. Candidates willing to appear in CLAT 2023 law exam should register and submit their application form before the deadline. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2023 will be held on December 18, 2022 for both UG and PG programme.

How to fill CLAT 2023 application form?

Aspirants willing to get admission in 22 National Law UnivesitieS (NLU) and many other private universities should fill the application form of CLAT by following the steps given below:

  • Visit the official website of CLAT 2023 - consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

  • Then register using your mobile number and email id.

  • Fill the CLAT 2023 application form by entering all personal information, educational qualification details, communication details and test centre preferences.

  • Select the reservation status and submit the application form

  • Complete the application process by submitting the CLAT registration fees of Rs.4,000 for general/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI candidates and Rs.3500 for SC/ST/BPL category candidates.

If a candidate has filled-in more than one online application form, the candidate's last online application form only will be considered.

Documents to be uploaded with CLAT 2023 application form.

Candidates filling the CLAT 2023 application form should upload the following documents:

  • Front facing passport size recent photograph with plain background

  • Signature of the candidate

  • Category certificate if the candidate is SC/ST/OBC

  • Relevant certificate issued by competent authority in case of PWD candidates and BPL category candidates

  • All documents or certificates should be uploaded in pdf format only.

CLAT 2023 exam details

  • The CLAT 2023 examination will be held in offline mode for both UG and PG programmes.

  • There will be 150 questions in UG-CLAT 2023 and 120 questions in CLAT PG. All questions will be multiple choice type.

  • The date of CLAT 2023 examination is December 18, 2022 from 2 pm to 4 pm. Registered candidates will be able to download their CLAT 2023 admit cards soon from the examination portal.

  • The candidate should fill his/her preference order for all 22 NLUs after the results are declared.
