CUET PG 2022 clashes with UPSC CDS 2, university exams; candidates demand postponement

NEW DELHI: After rescheduling of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2022 due to clash with other exams, now CUET PG 2022 candidates are demanding postponement of the exam. CUET PG exam date is clashing with Union Public Service Commission Combined Defence Services (UPSC CDS) 2 2022 exam scheduled on September 4. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is going to conduct the CUET PG exam from September 1 to 7 and 9 to 11 in computer-based test (CBT) mode.

CUET PG candidates took to Twitter and claimed that UPSC announced exam dates before NTA. Some university students also complained that their university exams are clashing with CUET PG while others complained about the delay in issuing of CUET PG 2022 admit cards.

A candidate requested postponement and said on Twitter, “Kindly humble request kindly postpone CUET PG 04-09-2022 Entrance Exam because that day UPSC CDS 2 2022 exam is being conducted and UPSC already declared CDS 2 2022 exam date before CUET PG exam.”

Another candidate explaining the conflict, wrote on Twitter, “Conflict of the examinations: As announced by the NTA 4th September, 2022 exam of CUET PG is clashing with the CDS 2nd exam and SCCL JA exam. So, I request from you some better solution for that.”

An aspirant requested for centre change and said in a tweet, “Hello sir my cds exam held at 4Sept.and my exam centre in faridabad haryana. And cuetpg exam date also near 4sept. and my centre preference 1.Ambedkar nagar(up) 2. Faizabad(up) 3.Faridabad(haryana)..Sir I just want my cuet pg centre in faridabad. What I do? Pl. Consider.”

A student looking for CUET PG 2022 admit card tweeted, “Only 6 days are left and admit card has not come yet... so students whose center will be outside the city..they will have to face many problems..Train reservation is not even confirmed in 6 days... Please do admit card soon!”
