CUET Result 2023 Toppers: Over 5,600 score 100 percentile in English, over 4,000 in biology

As per subject-wise, the number of candidates securing a 100 percentile score is highest in English, followed by biology and then economics.

The National Testing Agency declared the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2023 result today on the official website, cuet.samarth.ac.in. Along with the result, NTA has also released the CUET UG 2023 toppers list and the total number of students securing highest marks in a subject. As per the CUET toppers list, the highest number of students who score 100 percentile is 5,685 which is in English. The second is in biology, biological studies, biotechnology and biochemistry where 4,850 candidates have secured 100 percentile.

According to the subject-wise number of candidates securing 100 percentile score, a total of 2,836 candidates secured 100 percentile in economics and business economics, followed by 2,357 candidates in business studies and 1,796 candidates in political science.
Using the equi-percentile method, the performance of candidates in CUET UG has been evaluated, wherein normalized marks of each candidate have been calculated using the percentiles of each group of students in a given session across multiple days for the same subject.

NTA conducted CUET UG 2023 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for about 14,99,790 unique registered candidates who opted for 64,35,144 test papers. These candidates applied for 48,779 unique combinations of subjects across 250 central, state, and other participating universities for the academic year 2023-2024 at various exam centres located in different cities across India and abroad.
As the CUET UG result 2023 is out now, the participating universities will commence the admission process for undergraduate CUET courses. Candidates will be required to submit their applications online through the official website of the respective university. Following this, the universities will release the cut-off marks and merit list based on the CUET 2023 result, determining the eligibility of candidates for admission.
