The Delhi University academic calendar 2026-27 includes the schedule for semester 1 to 8 including dates for classes, leaves, practical and theory exams, winter, autumn and summer vacation.

Download NowThe University of Delhi (UoD) has announced the academic calendar for all its undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programmes for the academic session 2026-27. The academic calendar is released for Semester 1, 3, 5 and 7, classes, scheduled to begin on July 28.

According to the Delhi University academic calendar, the Autumn vacation will be observed from October 18 to 25, after which the classes will resume on 26.
The university will begin the theory examinations on December 4, while the dispersal of classes, preparation leave and practical examination will begin from November 20, 2026, as per the schedule.
UG and PG students at Delhi University will be observing their winter vacation from December 25 to 31, 2026, the calendar states.

Furthermore, the central university has also issued the complete schedule for its PG admissions through the Common Seat Allocation System for Postgraduate Admissions (CSAS PG) 2026-27.
The Delhi University offers admission to over 71,000 UG seats across 79 programmes through CUET scores.
