The DHSE conducted the Kerala +2 annual examination from March 6 to 28, 2026. To pass the Kerala Plus Two (DHSE) exam, students must score at least 30% marks in each subject and an overall 30% aggregate. They also need to get a minimum grade of D+.

Students must separately pass the Terminal Examination (TE), Continuous Evaluation (CE), and practical exams.
