DSEU launches 2 short-term advance certificate programmes in electronics system design and manufacturing today
The certificate programme in ESDM covers semiconductor technologies, integrated circuit design, PCB design and fabrication.

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Skills and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) with Elios Healthcare has launched two short-term advanced certificate programmes in the Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) sector to cater to the needs of the electronics industry and equip students with practical skills and knowledge.
The programme includes 75 hours of theory classes at the DSEU campus. Additionally, a 225-hour paid on-the-job training component for making the students job-ready upon completion of the programme is also included. Over 50 companies in the country have expressed interest in offering on-job training with paid stipends and job offers to the students of these advanced certificate programmes. Approximately 100 students have already enrolled for the programme as per the latest update.

The certificate programme in ESDM covers a wide range of subjects, including electronics system design and manufacturing, semiconductor technologies, integrated circuit (IC) design, PCB design and fabrication and embedded systems.
Students will be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge required by the electronics sector. The advanced certificate programmes are accredited with National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) levels 5 and 6.
The programmes were launched at the DSEU Okhla-2 campus. The launch was attended by Ashok Kumar Nagawat, the vice-chancellor of DSEU, along with M A Khan, campus director of DSEU Okhla-II Campus; Sabbar Tousif, MD of Elios Healthcare; Rai Umraopati Ray, course head for ESDM and Amit Sinha, the consultant from the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Agriculture.
